Overcoming Challenges, Building Trust: MX400 Drilling & Milling Center Heads to a New Home!

 

In December 2023, we were approached by a customer seeking our MX400 for their small mold manufacturing needs. Impressed by the machine's capabilities, they made a swift decision to purchase in January 2024 and even issued a prepayment. However, due to unforeseen account issues, we were unable to receive the funds.

Undeterred, both parties persevered through open communication and collaboration. Ultimately, the customer successfully completed the full payment via a third-party trade agreement. Today, The MX400 is officially on its way ot its new home!

This journey is a testament to the power of building trust and overcoming obstacles together. We're grateful for the customer's unwavering commitment and excited to see the MX400 contribute to their success.
